  1. Please call me before attempting a remote suppor session
  2. Right-click on the above link and select "Save As..."
  3. Save the file to your desktop so you can easily find it
  4. Double-click the "devonharper_suupport.exe" icon on your desktop
  5. Double click "Internet Support" in the upper left hand corner
